Ranked the #1 market to watch for two years straight by the Urban Land Institute, Nashville’s growth has created incredible demand for multifamily offerings that support today’s increasingly popular live-work-play lifestyle. Enter CEO Meg Epstein. As a longtime real estate leader from California, Meg’s company CA South is bringing the West Coast design aesthetic to Nashville, influencing the city with efficient, modern spaces where sleek design meets thoughtful authenticity.

Spanning mixed-use multifamily, industrial, and office environments, CA South has mastered the middle market product of affordable luxury – spaces that are clean, connected, and amenity-rich yet affordable for a broad spectrum of people. And instead of the colonial look known to many of Nashville’s buildings, CA South’s properties reflect a new modernity and accessibility that Meg says supports happy, holistic living. Tune into the episode to hear more about Meg’s plans for CA South and ambitions to help communities thrive.
