The Story

Working with Stonebridge Companies and the design team, NINE dot ARTS curated an art collection for Denver’s first dual brand hotel: Hampton Inn & Suites and Homewood Suites. The project transformed the former Xcel Energy office building with the art serving as a cornerstone of the exhilarating design. NINE dot ARTS commissioned several site-specific works in the collection and worked closely with the design team to develop spaces tailored to each individual artwork including niched walls and complementary color palettes. As a result, the art and design create a seamless experience for guests from start to finish that not only captures the identity of the place but also defines its layered, changing history. As a whole, the collection illustrates the new, urban Denver while acknowledging the city’s Western roots. Traditional Western imagery gets re-envisioned in unconventional ways while the massive areas of color and intense energy imbue the building with new life.

“NINE dot ARTS vision was very well done. Their ability to create a site-specific brand created a unique personality for our dual property which our guests and associates will experience for the long term.”Navin Dimond, President/CEO of Stonebridge Companies
